As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for a nimble team at Udacity responsible for building the engine which makes Create a viable platform for content creation. You'll manage a team of talented software engineers, all of whom are passionate about education and are experienced up and down the tech stack. Successful managers will be able to lead a team by setting technical direction, taking on implementation duties, and by fostering a creative environment allowing for novel solutions to difficult problems.

  • Experience with large scale distributed systems in a public cloud.
  • Expertise with front ends, data layers, and protocols.

Frontend Engineer

STEMera is Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platform benefiting Adult Learners/ Job Seekers & Hiring Companies, focusing on E-Learning, Examination & Certification and E-Recruitment & Job Placements.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and ship amazing web-based experiences.
  • Help engineer the libraries and frameworks that power our frontend stack.
  • Tackle tough design and product problems.
  • Work with our product marketing manager and marketing team to build and continually optimize our user-facing content, and to improve the overall student experience of our front-end projects.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of web development experience.
  • Web design aesthetic and an understanding of the fundamentals of user experience, cross-browser and performance issues, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React.js preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and Javascript.
  • A passion for emerging web standards and a desire to build well-engineered reusable front-end products. You promote best practices, great usability, and understand the limits of what browsers can do.
  • A track record of being able to ship code, both independently and as part of a small team. You can fulfill several project requests, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Intellectually curious, passionate, and inventive — we are always learning!

Business Development Analyst

STEMera is Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) platform benefiting Adult Learners/ Job Seekers & Hiring Companies, focusing on E-Learning, Examination & Certification and E-Recruitment & Job Placements.

Responsibilities :

  • Support B2B sales funnel management taking ownership of all steps to convert open opportunities into closed deals. This includes making we address all customer's product questions, preparing and sending commercial proposals, following up on contracts and closing open deals.
  • Work on action plans to implement and develop early stages initiatives, such as distribution channels and B2B training product.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, students services and content marketing teams to align priorities and drive B2B growth projects.
  • Identify, scope and prioritize opportunities, executing experiments from scratch, quantifying results and scaling successful initiatives.

Requirements :

  • 2 to 4 years of related experience with business development.
  • Proven logical and analytical skills and ability to work on business plans, customers and market insights and analyze action plan effectiveness.
  • Experience working with lead qualification and B2B pipeline management strategies.
  • Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed; entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction in extremely fast paced and team environment.
  • Ability to thoughtfully influence diverse stakeholders, including enterprise decision-makers.
  • Fluent English necessary.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities :

  • Convert potential customers into paid students through Wechat/Wechat groups, online chatting and phone calls based on the company’s sales targets.
  • Explore customers’ real needs and provide them with professional recommendation of courses.
  • Design experience events in wechat group, and develop valuable customers through events operations.
  • Record and analyze sales conversions continuously to seek opportunities and boost sales of courses.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, product, and data teams to increase sales conversion, and to reach sales targets by exploring new sales models.

Requirements :

  • At least one year of experience in sales, and experience in training & education industries will be a plus.
  • Have a passion in sales and eager to take challenge for high salary.
  • Can adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive and pressure-coping skills as well as good stability.
  • Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good understanding in customer service.
